I absolutely love going to Birria Pizza and always make sure to get it with extra Consome. The crust is always perfectly crispy on top and bottom, which is a total winner in my book! The combination of soft shredded beef, gooey cheese, and creamy guacamole is just divine. And let's not forget the added touch of diced onion and cilantro that gives it that extra burst of flavor. And when you dip a bite into the umami-licious consome, it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. Trust me, you won't regret trying this amazing dish!

Hey there! So, I finally decided to check out this restaurant that's been all over my social media lately. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because, let's be real, not all social media recommendations live up to the hype. But let me tell you, this place did not disappoint! Now, my partner is a bit of a horchata connoisseur and swears by it as a must-have at any taco joint. I'm not as familiar with horchata, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The consistency was a bit different from what I anticipated, almost like a milkshake, but I actually enjoyed it. And for the price, it's definitely worth giving it a try if you're a fan! Now, onto the tacos. Let me just say, their birria tacos were on point. I usually have to trek out to Williamsburg or Queens for some good birria tacos, but this place could easily be a game-changer. And the adobada taco I tried was delicious as well. While I wouldn't say it surpasses spots like Los Tacos No. 1 or Birria Landia, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a tasty taco fix without the long commute. All in all, I had a great experience and I'll definitely be back for more. Give it a try if you're in the mood for some delicious tacos!
